South Dakota - part 1 (continued)

Jeremy's cousins, Natalie and Ben, who were married at the quarry actually rented the whole place for the day following the wedding. We all enjoyed swimming, fishing and just being together. At the far end of the quarry Jeremy & Uncle Jeff found a rope swing. The swing had about a 6-8 feet drop to the water. All of the guys tried the swing while the younger kids and girls watched from the top. Of course Austin just had to try. He was too little for the actual swing but he wanted to jump off the cliff. Daddy said ok (don't worry he had a life vest on) and dropped him off in to the water where Derek was waiting below. Austin LOVED IT! He climbed out and wanted to do it again --- and again ---and again--and again. He probably jumped about 100 times (not an overestimation). When we all decided to head back up to the lodge for some food Austin found a spot on the couch by the TV. He feel asleep around 5 and stayed that way until almost 7:30 the next morning. He slept through dinner!! I never would have thought he would miss a meal when he wasn't sick. I didn't have my camera for the actual cliff jumping but here is a shot of the completely worn out Austin! We moved him twice and he never woke up.
